Imbesharam Com - Refusal to Refund Payment Made for Undelivered Product

I had ordered a product worth * lakh INR from https://in.imbesharam.com The estimated time for delivery of the product was * month. However, ** months have gone by, but the product has still not been delivered.
The product (imported from US) has been stuck in customs for months & they're unable to get it released. I have been requesting a full refund for a few months now, but they're essentially refusing to do it.
