Mystifly Hierarchy - Refund

I booked the flight from Goa to Mumbai in indigo.com.. Flight got cancelled gue to covid **.
A 'CREDIT SHELL' is given in against cancellation. Now m trying to book a flight via using Credit Shell though many ways but i cant use it. I contracted Indigo customers care n they said my amount has been refunf to mystifly hierarchy company.. i contacted the Payment Holder (Mystifly Hierarchy) but unable to contact them. They provided customer care contact no. Is always not answered .. I need reply asap from mystifly hierarchy company.
