naukri.com - refund

i submitted my CV in shine.com few days ago and after that i start getting calls from different recruiters and one of call came from naukri.com he said he was calling Ashish jain from naukri.com and there is a vacancy for you in HDFC and AXIS bank as operation manager so i have shown interest on it and i asked how much amount it cost.he said nothing it is free of cost you just have to upload your documents on given email and after verification i will tell you further as i submitted my documents to given email he conduct my interview with one of the HR of HDFC bank at evening on same day.so HR asked me few questions and said your interview is finished and after that he said you will get email conformation regarding your job.i got a job conformation letter from there side on next day then ashish said that they will provide you a kit for your training period in which contains laptop of *kg so you have to pay **** for it and you ll get notification call from my side as soon as it ll deliver from first flight from here.so i made a payment of ****rs through paytm(**********).and after i made payment they stop picking my calls and put my no. in black list so it was continuing show me that no. you are trying to call is busy and i called from another no. but they were not answering.after that i arranged no. of other employee of naukri.com through email i got earlier and i had a conversation with one of employee name kartik so told a whole story about incident which happend to me.first he was trying to deny the fact that there is no employee having name ashish jain than after i kept my point in front of him so he started agree that there is employee having name ashish jain and he said that ashish have done things like this previously with couple of customers of us so you don't need to worry for that what you just need to do is pay amount *** which is remaining amount of registration on naukri.com and submit all the documents you have received from ashish then i ll take your enquiry further.so i have done payment of ramaining ***.after that i called him next day to know about my complain so he asked me to deposit ****rs as security deposit so i simply deny by given a reason that i can't afford this much amount and on what proof i send you **** more after that ashish incident.
i just requested him to give my **** registration fee back and i don't want continue my further contract with your site so now he is saying that there is no criteria of refunding your registration fee..
