I had ordered a HP *** Ink tank Printer with
Order ID: ******* Date Added: **/**/****.
The payment was made through credit card. They sent a message stating that it will be delivered in ** to ** days. Since there was no response for ** days, I called customer care. They said it is getting packed and will be sent but was not sent for another ** days. After repeated calls to them they sent a damaged unit which was not working. I sent emails for return and refund immediately. After sending repeated emails ,they agreed to take back and give refund. Now they have refunded but they have sent to VLE Wallet. I have made repeated request to send it back to my credit card but there is no response.
