GLOBAL TALENT JOBS CONSULTANCY - REFUND

I was contacted by Mr. Rajan Dutta (Mobile No. **********; **********) of Global Talent Jobs Consultancy on **RD july **** for the job of Specialist Internal Medicine in Zulekha Hospital , Dubai.
He then assigned Relationship Manager Mr. Karan Singh (Mobile No. **********; **********) to me. They conducted my skype interview with Zulekha Hospital HR Ms Adeeba Khan and other penalists of Zulekha Hospital headed by MH Abdul Razzak Khan , Dr Anant Joshi & Panel.
Following selection in interview the took money totaling INR *******/- on one or other pretext. They told that payment is refundable upon my joining in Zulekha Hospital / Non Placement and they gave receipt of the payment also.
But even after * year they could process my placement in Zulekha Hospital and also now not responding to my repeated calls and mails.
I had written multiple times to them to refund my money but they are not responding to my mails and their given mobile numbers are also out of contact.
