I am from, Kashipur, TATA Gola Ganpati, Ramnagar rd, ******, And was looking out for new internet connection(Broadband) at my place, I had conversation with Timbl broadband for new connection at my place on **th June'**, After their confirmation i completed my KYC and payment for the initial plan for my broadband.
But after this Payment and KYC process I came to know the place I belongs to, Timbl never provide their services at on.
Still in touch with them regarding my refund, but there is no surety from them till yet.
