- Refund the money ^Open

I graduated from the University of Madras
Since all my mark sheets got lost I applied in **** for duplicate mark sheets due to some personal and job needs

I approached the Registrar Office and Controller of Examinations at University of Madras at Chennai in May **** with the police report stating that the mark sheets were lost and not traceable.

My request application for the issue of all my duplicate mark sheets( from April **** to April ****) was accepted by the concerned Section Officer and was instructed to produce a Bank Draft for the value of Rs.***** (Indian Rupees Twenty three thousand and Nine hundred ) only.

Immediately I produced SBI Bank Draft (Draft number ****** for the value of Rs.***** (Indian Rupees Twenty three thousand and Nine hundred ) only and submitted along with my request application.

I was informed verbally that within * weeks I will be getting my duplicate mark sheets. But not so far.
Then I and my friend approached the concerned section in office of the University of Madras many times since there was no response from the University of Madras, but all my efforts were of no use.


I also sent mail to controller of exams controllerunom@gmail.com and Registrar registrar@unom.ac.in requesting to refund me the above amount of Rs. .***** (Indian Rupees Twenty three thousand and Nine hundred only)

So far now near about * years I did not get my duplicate mark sheets and also the purpose for my duplicate mark sheets is over. So mark sheets not needed now.

Also I underwent mental and financial difficulties due to this attitude of the University of Madras.
Now please I would like to get my fees Rs.***** paid by me to get refunded from the University of Madras
