- Refund required for ticket booking with Air carnival ^Closed

hello sir/madam,

my name is mohamed rafeek and my details are attached with this grievance.
this is all about cheating done by the airline service called air carnival. i have booked a ticket for my brothers to travel from chennai to tuticorin. they intimated me that the flight was cancelled due to technical issues. the caller promised that the amount of rs.****/- would be refunded to my bank account but still not received yet.

recently i found some bad reviews over internet in the last one month the most of the complaints are seems to be like mine.

it is completely a corruption it seems. they are allegedly making us uncomfortable with their answers when i asked for the refund.
