Happyeasygo - Refund pending for more than a year

I have booked Airindia flight ticket using Happyeasygo mobile app from Gwaliar to Delhi, ** Jun **** (E-Ticket for Order ******************)
I have cancelled ticket directly from Airline since flight was delayed for more than *hrs after confirming from Airline customer care for full refund.
It has been more than a year and Happyeasygo is not processing my refund.
Happyeasygo asking me confirmation from Airline for cancellation and Airline saying since ticket is booked via Happyeasygo and they shall contact Airline for any query.
I have contacted both Airline and Happyeasygo over phone and mail multiple times and nobody is taking any action. Please look into the matter.
