Wise Payments India Private Limited - Refund of wrong bank transfer

Hello. I live in Europe. I made a transfer of INR *****.** from Europe (on **-July-****), from "transfer wise" application to my Indian bank account and this amount (sent from Europe) never reached my own Indian account. Before this transfer, I had already transferred very little amount (only INR ** on **-July-****) for testing and that little amount reached my correct Indian account. For transferring INR *****.**, I picked up same detail from transfer wise application which I used for testing previous transfer. The transfer receipt shows that the this amount (INR *****.**) reached at "Yes Bank, RTGS-HO" via 'UPI ID' (with different account number & banking partner reference-UTR mentioned on it). The main concern is, I neither have any UPI ID nor have account in Yes Bank. I have account in different bank. From last ** days, I have been contacting "Transfer wise" & "Yes Bank", but from their reply it seems none of them wants to work. My father in India also visited Yes bank (local branch). But the Yes bank denied to trace the funds. Transfer wise wants me to contact Yes bank instead of contacting them directly, and when I contact Yes bank, they just send an auto generated replies to email. I have all receipts, transfer details (with date, time & bank details) available. There are * options for transferring funds using transfer wise i.e either using debit card or by their bank service. I chose their bank service (firstly I made transfer to wise's bank account here in Europe and from there the amount was further sent to India). I kindly request you to PLEASE contact "YES BANK, RTGS-HO" and ask them to either send money further to my CORRECT Indian bank account. Else, they can send it back to "transfer wise" (WITH PROPER RECEIPT because receipt is VERY important for me to show "transfer wise" for getting refund). But I believe it's easier if Yes bank sends it directly to my CORRECT Indian bank account, and that would be okay. I know that when banking partner receives money and further if they don't get the destination of amount then they send back the money to the sender. And if Yes bank has sent money back to the transfer wise then atleast they need to give me confirmation including following information: {Recipient's name, recipient's account details, Date, Amount they sent back, the beneficiary account (i.e the wise account the money was sent back to), and the reference}. Kindly assist as soon as possible. Thank you!
