An amount spent of Rs.****+**** on the apparel which was not upto the standards and the product is of low quality from what is shown on the website and what is being delivered. The company has refused to refund the money and will give a gift card to pick another product. This is a forceful sale to the customer from the retailer. All online stores refund money if the given product is not upto the customers standard.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
