I paid Rs. **,*** in * instalments for admission of my * years old daughter in Kidzonia Credence International School, Serilingampally, Hyderabad, Telangana State for her pre KG (Nursery) education during March **** to June ****. At the time of admission, school assured that they will take care of children’s need during school time like eating, maintain hygiene, good environment, world-class teaching, attitude development etc. They assured one mother teacher and one assistant teacher along with one maid will be available for each class during school session.
Later on, after ** to ** days of the class session, I came to know that the behaviour of school staff towards students is not proper and very rude. They do not care/help children while eating lunch and snacks. Moreover, they were forcing the children to eat without even chewing. No proper feedback about children’s was given like health issues during school time, food discipline, learning etc. They don’t even have sufficient teaching staff. Only one teacher was available instead of * teachers and one maid as promised during admission. As per Government rules and regulations, they supposed to hire Montessori trained B.Ed teachers but they are not following the government guidelines.
When we complain the same to school management they ignored simply and tried to convince that they are giving good education and services as assured. We tried to convince them * times about issues pertaining to the behaviour of school staff towards small children but they did not listen. After that, I requested them to please refund my hard earned money so that I can admit my daughter in another school. But they simply refused to refund any amount and their behaviour was very rude.
