In **** i booked a plot in Varanasi by promoters executive for Mirzapur land project ( Mountain Heaven). Paid entire amount with registry expenses in full. But without notice promoters abandoned project. Raised a case with UPRERA , who in order dismiss my complaint that "it is not in their jurisdiction "
