My name is saikiran kumar , from hyderabad My. i have subscribed to * months hathway broadband service on November *th **** my plan was unlimited plan at ** mbps with no gb limit now and it worked as per the plan for * months and now suddenly i have been told by their technical team that my plan has been downgraded to fup limit of **gb per day with out any consent. i have no information on the downgrade of my plan and i have been misguided on early renewing my service by their billing team without informing me on fup limit of **gb per day on the pretext of offering * months free subscription.i have renewed my service on **th April ****. i am no longer interested in their service and i want to cancel my subscription and i want them to initiate the refund for the same immediately
