Mango Travels - Refund of my Bus Ticket

I had booked a ticket from Satna to Bhopal on *-**-**** on PAYTM , and when i reached bus stand at reporting time the Bus was overloaded as there is no social distancing and anything else in the bus , and it was full in gallery also and when i told operator to cancel the ticket as the ticket not cancelled online, He denied to cancel the ticket and giving me refund and abusing, told me to do whatever you want and do not help me out as my wife and me stays at Bus stand that night as we have don't have vehicle and money to go anywhere. I had never seen this type of worst condition and i want my refund asap,someone Please help i am mentally and Physically both harrased and and never use Mango tavels services and if Paytm will not refund my money i never use paytm and told my friends and family also not to use paytm.
