Mene Jaipur se RAS ki coaching start ki thi Toppers ** institute se ** june **** ko. Shuru mai jab baat hui to inhone bola tha ki abi jo bachhe hai unke sath beth jao kuch din mai naya batch start krenge. Lekin ab **,*** Rs. fees lene k baad mna kr rahe hai or jo chal raha hai wahi se bich mai se padha rahe hai. English teacher k acha na padhane ki shikayat ki hai but koi action nahi lete or jab mene fees refund krne ki baat kahi to mna kr rahe hai. Mene ** July **** Ko institute walo ko bta diya tha mai continue nahi kr sakta mujhe meri fees refund krne Ko kaha to mna kr diya. Please mujhe meri fees refund krwaiye.
