M21 sugar medicine - Refund of money

I used m** sugar medicine taken from Srilakshmi Ayaravadhik for * months. First, they told to for * month only you will free from sugar problem. It cured money will be refunded. So I used * box no use they told to use one more. I used the *nd box no use. Again they advised to one more otherwise we will refund * box amount no use. I called them again and they promise and taken account number. Till now * months gone no response Dr Rakesh is a person who was dealing. One day one person called me to know about the medicine I used. I told him all the details he checked my details and told that Dr Rakesh had taken that refund amount already and closed matter and used the money didn't refund to me. After that, he won't respond to my call. I called him daily he won't lift my call. Please do the needful.
