Estate Visionaries Hub - Refund of Kumar Amit online classes

I had a taken a online course from Kumar, Amit paying ₹**,***
Which included funnel creation charges as **,*** ans course as **,***

Funnel was created as per them but did not work and I did not taken handover of it.

Courses was asked to take forceable to have funnel or else only funnel was not offered. Finally I quit course in JAN **** which I had joined and started from September ****

It’s a lifetime all classes fee. Now he claims I have exhausted fee by these * months classes in which I skipped classes when my mom passed away in December ****

He is keep pushing dates refund after a long hurdle he has just refunded ₹**,***

I need to file a consumer complaint against him and please charge him a heavy penalty for making me run behind him with call’s messages and WhatsApp chats.
He is fraud, only makes time pass in the name of classes. Having small topic in hand - stretches it to hours

When I was not satisfied- why I should spend ₹**,*** for such non sense classes

I sensed, he is unethical retaining money of clients

Before he could refund me any thing,
He removed me from accessing all courses and from all WhatsApp and Telegram groups so that I should not reveal his colour
