A team connected and approached for a Holiday Package using credit card, but did not give any vouchers or documents; which were supposed to reach my residence address within ** days. I was only given a temporary card at the time of registration. I had also communicated with them via email and the watsapp no of the sales representative immediately to send all the documents. After ** days, I had tried to reach them on the phone number available in their website and also emailed them on the initial email ID from which they had communicated; and I had asked to cancel my policy and provide the refund. I also approached my bank at the same time and asked them to make ‘stop payment’ or raise a ‘dispute’ of this transaction; the bank had made temporary refund of the amount but later informed this after * months, that the amount cannot be refunded and I need to approach the merchant for further communication. I wrote email again to the merchant and tried to connect over phone but could not connect them. I am clueless as I did not take any services from the company/merchant ‘Beach Westin International Club’ nor did I get any proper documents or voucher. Please help.
