EBIX Travels Private Limited formerly known as FlightRaja Travels Private Limited - Refund of flight ticket amount

I booked flight tickets through via.com/EBIX Travels Private Limited (formerly known as FlightRaja Travels Private Limited)
for Mumbai to trivendrum & back, the journey date of *th April **** & return journey on *th April **** by spicejet Airlines, but due to covid-** pandemic,nationwide lock down is happen & all flight gets stopped/cancelled.initially I requested to spicejet for refund of full amount, that time they given me reply like, the refund amount will be remain in credit shell of spicejet, & we can book flight tickets once again till ** th Feb ****.but as my financial condition is not good, I requested them to refund it in my account, that time they replied me like" we have initiated the full refund of your booking from our end and would request you to contact your travel agency (TRAVEL BOUTIQUE Online I.e via. Com ) within *-** working days. The refund amount will be as per their terms of contract"
I called so many times on helpline number of the via. Com but its phone is dead or same no is not available, meanwhile i sent so many mails to via. Com/EBIX Travels Private Limited (formerly known as FlightRaja Travels Private Limited) & spicejet but no any single response from via. Com/EBIX Travels Private Limited (formerly known as FlightRaja Travels Private Limited)
So kindly request you to help me to get refund.
