I had booked a flight from Amritsar to Bangalore with PNR no. RM***A. The flight got cancelled and the Indigo airlines refunded the amount to Yatra.com which is my travel agent. The amount has not been refunded to my account.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
