On March *th I have closed my IDFC Bank personal loans. Loan accounts ******** and ********.
After closing my personal loan accounts they are still excess money is there. but still refund is not credited into my account HDFC bank account. Attached the Bank account.
Please chekc and do the needful. call me on : **********.
After calling customer care , on **th March **** , money refund done but still money was not received. please check. AFTER ** calls / messages/raising complaints on every online portal out there, the idfc people haven't learnt the value of the customer and what are the consumer rights!!!! Again and again they have the guts to lie to us on our face that they have credited the amount? They keep calling and lying. I have the recording and their messages of every date and time they called and lied to me. I'll have full faith in the government and that they will make you pay our money and all through that we went - mental exertion, harassment and torture in these last * months.
Each time I run after them for my Money and these people continue their fraud activity with no respect for the customer.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
