I got call from club mahindra to get my * days free voucher of holidays from Mohali, I visted the location to collect the voucher. They have my voucher and said you will not be able to book using this vourcher as it have condition of selected properties and no weekends and peak season booking and there is a waiting list even if you book as per all condition. They the introduce us with there GoZest membership. They said if you want stress free booking and get rid of all the above condition you can go with GoZest * year members ship where you will be *** point each year total **** point. That you can us for hotel booking for normal room between **-*** point will be taken from you account and there will be no waiting and on off season and weekend and weekdays condition. When ever you want you can book we will help you. The agent (Balam Singh *****-*****) gave his number so that we can contact for booking and gave one more ladys number for helping us (Shalini *****-*****). They never told you that there will be N mumber of conditions in booking with even GoZest membership also. Like peak season, Waiting list etc. If you book in waiting list then it will automatically got book if someone canceled there booking and room got free and then you can cancel before ** days of trip to get ***% refund and if you booked in ** days then you get **% and if you cancel after ** days left then nothing will be refunded for booking. there are other conditions also that they never told us. About the membership also the sold us this member ship on ** Nov, ****. They took down payment of ***** same time and same days and registred me and rest they said you can pay in emi if you like our membership first take one trip and then decided for next years if you want to proceed then you can pay EMI other wise we will stop your emI. When we tried to login after few days of membership then They said your account will be active after * Jan, ****. We can't book holidays before that we thouht this might be the parctice as they never told us but they were cheating us as they have a refund policy of ** days after registration to get ***% refund if member cancel membership within ** days. But they never told us that and even If the told then also we can't do anything becuase of can't then there service as our account will be active after ** days of registration so how can we check in ** days and decide. They cheatedus hear. They should have told us the refund process and sold us the membership when the account can be activated same days so that we can check there services within ** days. My humble request to Club Mahindra that I haven't used your memvership even * % kindly refund my **** hard earned money. I have already sent membership cancelation email to then that is attached as proof but no written reply they have sent. One lady called from there end and said you can cancel membership no as they have only ** days cancelation policy. I have also attched my credit card statement for the proof of payment and date of payment and policy sold to us.
