My booking ref: ((D***SY) (** Jun '**), (G*-****) (Lucknow (LKO)-Pune (PNQ)) was cancelled due to operational reasons.
I cancelled my flight through Balmer Lawrie on May * **** *:**PM vide Invoice No.- DL************, But I have not received the refund till date.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
