I am one of the loyal customer's of Hyundai Motors India Ltd. and owns a Hyundai Eon since ****. While looking for a new vehicle I decided to continue with Hyundai Family and ordered a Hyundai Creta **** SX Petrol MT Black. For this, I contacted Popular Hyundai, who is one of the authorized dealer in Kanjirappally, Kottayam Dist of Kerala and paid rs.**,*** as advance amount while booking the same on **/**/****. At the time of booking they informed that they will hand over the vehicle on the last week of October.
As time passes and on October last they informed their inability to hand over the vehicle on the promised date and says they will hand over it by the first week of November. Time flies and nothing happened. I waited till December half and they are saying they will only deliver the vehicle by early January ****. While contacting with other dealers in our state, M/S Classic Hyundai from Wayand informed me that they will provide the vehicle within * weeks of time. So I decided to cancel my order with M/S Popular Hyundai and submitted a request for the same on **/**/****. After waiting for a long time they returned an amount of Rs.**** on **/**/****. They deducted an amount of Rs**** as a cancellation charge.
I contacted their sales Manager Mr Saju Mathew and his behaviour puts me in sorrow. He is saying he is trying his best to refund the amount and I had to wait for one week to get the date from him when He will be able to refund the amount and asks me to not to call him and he will contact me. This type of behavior is just inhuman and I urge you to kindly take necessary steps to do a disciplinary action against M/S Popular Hyundai on this regard.
I contacted Hyundai's customer care on **/**/**** and logged a complaint with reference number *-********** and no one from their team or the agent has contacted me on this issue and so escalated this ticket to next level on **/**/****, **/**/**** and later on **/**/****. Till date, no one contacted me to resolve this issue.
I am taking a second thought on to cancel my existing order for the Creta from the company as a customer the experience I faced from their part is just horrible. I am amazed how they can provide good service to me if I buy a car from them as even before the delivery their team is behaving like this.
I'm humbly requesting you to kindly file a case in this regards and take necessary action against both the Agent and the company as both of them are not listening to the customer complaint and not trying to resolve the same.
