I ordered a swipe machine from Bharatpe on **th November but it is undeliverable on my address Haridwar Uttarakhand till now so i have complaint for my refund of **** INR which i have deposited when i ordered the machine. I have talked with Bharatpe Customer Executive several times but they manipulated me every times and said that refund will be processed with in * days but it has not been done yet. Now i want my refund of **** INR. It was my bad experience to order a swipe machine from Bharatpe i think i shouldn't have done it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
