Sir I had booked a ticket in irctc with my icici bank debit card. But later I had closed my bank account. And then I wanted to cancel my tickets. According to rule the refund will directly go to the bank account from which payment has been done. Now since it was a closed bank account I don't know what to do next. The bank is claiming that it has not recieved any amount in my closed account while IRCTC is claiming that it has already given the refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
