Confidence petroleum India Ltd go gas - Refund of amount

My name is Bharat Kumar Saini. I wanted to take dealership of confidence petroleum india Ltd (go gas) for Sodala area in Jaipur and for that i had given a Cheque of rs ****** In Favor of Confidence petroleum India Ltd. (go gas) one year ago.I paid the amount to the company on ** May **** and from that date till now the company didn't proceed with any formalities or contract or even KYC.
I am not in the condition that anyone can do business. I don't have any jobs yet I am very worried about the expenses of the house and Emi .

I am demanding my refund of Rs ****** from the past * months. I asked for my refund at the jaipur office(Mr. Vivek Singh ji) but they always keep adding weeks and keep saying you will get your refund next week. After that I mailed my problems to the company's Nagpur office on **th June **** but still I got no response from company side. I mailed the company */* times to reminder refund of amount.

I got a call from Mr Prashant Hedaoo and he told me that he will mail me and i'll get my refund after a **% deduction.
I told Mr. Prashant Headoo that I paid the amount to the company on ** May **** and from that date till now the company didn't proceed with any formalities or contract or even KYC. Company used my amount the whole year and then told me that there is **% depreciation on my amount.
I am cutting them money for Balkis, I have not taken anything from the company. I am asking for all my money.
After that I did not get any response .
I raised my refund request agin ** days ago. I told the company i am sending my complain and phone recordings to various offices tomorrow morning.

I also Register my complaint to Prime Minister and Chief Minister telephonic helpline number tomorrow morning. I am fed up with the promises made by company employees. I am being cheated by the company.

After That I got a call from Mr. Prashant Headoo from NAGPUR office and Mr. Vivek(jaipur Office) but till date no result. Mr. Prashant told me for *% depresition instead of **% depreciation and also told me to call me back after talking to seniors.
Company tortured me mentally and physically. Company used my amount whole year and for that i need my all amount.I am poor man and in deeply mental pressure.

I am a poor man and now because of this pandemic situation I am not able to continue further. My financial situation is not good. In this corona pandemic situation I am not able to do this business. My financial conditions wont allow me to continue further.
I also mailed the company */* time.& what's up msg, call.. Two months ago. For refund of amount. Company owners and company executives.But i didn't get any answer /Confirmation. Refund amount .
