I have booked a banqet hall(Hotel kinara grand),Miyapur by paying an advance of RS **,***/- on *th february,**** for the reception date *th june ****.later because of covid second wave government imposed strict lock down when I approached banqet hall manager for refund they are telling that refund is not possible.
