I submitted an application for my ward to get Admission in Sage Int. School Danish Kunj in year **** for class IV in early March ****. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and post COVID opening, I write to them regarding the withdrawal of my application and refund of my admission fee for the same in Last March ****. They accepted to cancel my application and after some initial resistance; Vice Principal Madam ,after consultation with their Sage Director, agreed to refund the amount after certain haircut of **-**% - I concurred.
However, even after numerous follow on phone and email and talking to their admission head (Priyanka Madam) and others till date no refund has been processed - they keep giving that we require certain signatures of Director but are unable to get the same even after nearly a year. In between they asked me to visit their campus multiple times to discuss, and in once instance to get the refund cheque, but no refund - no cheque.
They are not saying no, but despite a year of consistent follow up not giving the refund as well - with same excuse as always they they couldn't meet the Director (who incidentally is giving all speeches in school auditorium).
Despite trying to keep it as Gentlemanly as possible, I believe its time to escalate and make it social followed by legal if required. I have also tried visiting the local DEO, but no benefits.
