I had purchased a Canon E**** printer from vlebazaar.com which they didn't ship in the desired time to my place. They were supposed to ship in *-* days, and even after ** days they were continuously informing me that it will get shipped today. And after *-* followups, I asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount. Once they cancelled the order, the time of refund for the order was after one month of cancellation. That's not even what they mention on the website (It shows *-** days if you pay via CC). I paid via Credit card. But the refund didn't come through automatically even then, so I kept calling them nobody answered and so I raised a online ticket at their website, and they informed me that they will refund it in a week. And when the refund happened, it happened on their wallet which is useless as I did the payment via CC. I asked why would you do that and asked them to refund it on my card. They agreed and mentioned that it would happen in * working days, and that also has being now for more than ** days but no response yet. This is frustrating.
