Shreya Diet Clinic - Refund not recieved

I had approached Shreya's Diet clinic on **.**.**** for consulation. They offered me a package amounting to Rs.*****/-. They took Rs.****/- at the entry only.Than the dealing person told me to pay Rs.*****/- , when i paid Rs.*****/- through POS she said that they will give me diet plan only when full payment is made. No paper work was done for such and i told them to refund as i am not satisfied with the dealing .They told me that the accounts deptt is closed so they will apprise me on **.**.****. I was not treated well by the staff and no satisfactory answer was given to me. I made a whtsapp on online number where they said that the Regional manager will reach me soon.On **.**.**** some person ( no was not saved) called me and talked to me very rudely. She intimidated me that " kahin bhi chali ja tere paise nahi dungi main" .I got upset as she was shouting badly . My husband took over the call and she said that she will not talk to anyone. Two or three days later some mitesh talked to my husband and assured us that the refund will be made in ** days.We than never called them and waited for ten days. I than called their Regional Manager on **.**.****, where again her attitude was very dishearting and she said me" aap kyu phone kte ho baar baar". I said to her that i have called after ** days, than i asked her that if she is not willing to talk to me than give some other person's number.She didnt gave me any. My husband and I are calling here but she never picks the call. My hard earned money is stuck for more than ** days , but still the attitude of the concerned company is very bad. I want refund of Rs.*****/- .I also want that these people should be taught a lesson that they should never behave with someone like this as they have done to me.
