Hi Team,
I have booked a ticket [ Order ID ******************] [ PNR A****R] [INSURANCE HEGD***********] from New Delhi to Ranchi with scheduled departure of **th June, **** on date *th June, ****. I have even taken the full refund provision with total reclamation excluding the processing fee.
I initiated the cancellation for the ticket on **th of June, **** with a maximum waiting time of ** days. It has been more than *** days, and I have not received the refund amount yet.
Could you please respond me on priority.
I am also attaching the screenshot of the refund page.
