Pps Motors - Refund not received

I bought a car from PPS Motors Nagawara Bangalore and my refund was not processed. After * weeks I got a partial refund and balance is not yet given and there is no response too for the calls and emails. This is really mental harassment and financial loss for me. I had to incur additional charges for their mistakes.
