I have ordered the lehenga no.*** from veerzara.in on **-**-**** of amount Rs.*** via cod. I have received the package on **-**-** but the package contains the saree, not the lehenga. I fill the refund form on the website on **-**-** but the company is not responding and I call * times on contact no ********** and got the refund request no. but the company is not refunding the amount and also not picking up the phone when the option selected to talk to customer executive.
Please take my request as soon as possible as I am a small person and the amount of Rs. *** loss matters me much.
