Cashe Loan App - Refund not received

I have booked three train ticket from this application with the help of there credit line.
Due to some reason ticket got canceled and IRCTC initiated the refund for me past few days back but they are not ready to refund and they are not responding to my email also.
Now my emi date is coming.
