I am writing to express my displeasure with the delay in my refund payment. I had requested for a refund for my online course on the *th of Dec ****.but till date, I have not received my refund payment.I was informed that the refund will be processed within ** working days. However, it has been over two months since I requested for the refund and the payment has still not been processed.
