SIR, I WAS TRYING TO BOOK MY FLIGHT USING TRAVOLOOK ON ** FEB ****, BUT WHILE BOOKING MONEY WAS DEDUCTED AND PNR WAS NOT GENERATED, SO I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE OF TRAVOLOOK AND THEY TOLD ME ITS CANCELLED DUE TO OPERATIONAL REASON. I ASKED FOR REFUND THEY TOLD ME IT WILL TAKE A WEEK TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND TO ACCOUNT. I WAITED FOR ONE WEEK THEN I CALLED BACK TO THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE , THIS TIME THEY TOLD ME , IN NEXT TWO DAYS YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK. BUT AFTER TWO DAYS NO REFUND WAS PROCESSED BY THEM. SO I STARTED CALLING THEM ON DAILY BASIS ,YOU WILL SURPRISE ON ONE DAY THEIR AGENT SAID TODAY YOU WILL GET YOUR REFUND
*ND DAY OTHER AGENT SAID WE WILL NEED ONE MORE WEEK.
*RD DAY THE AGENT SAID THERE IS PROBLEM IN PAYMENT GATEWAY...... AND SO ON.
NOW ITS ALMOST ONE MONTH BUT I DONT KNOW WHERE IS MY MONEY. THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY REFRENCE OF PROCESSING REFUND THROUGH BANKS LIKE UTI NO.. ETC.
THEY ARE LYING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
