I ordered my product on *th April **** Monday. since no shipment was done even after * days of placing order, I cancelled the order on *th April **** Friday. Order value Rs.*,***.**. Today is **th April. Still I did not receive the refund for the cancelled order. Kindly help me. I raised support requests several times before also but I could not see any tickets raised in my account. Please help me to get the refund.
