Jeevees Extended Warrenty - Refund not received or Tv not repaired

I am really really fed up with Jeeves service they mentally tortured me by saying within * days they will solve the problem. Since month.

Jeeves service center is not refunding and or nobody attend my request to repair Mi TV ** inch which is under warranty, even after complaint many times and sent * to ** emails. i have emails if possible I will attach them for evidence.

I am really helpless. Please help me to get a refund or repair my TV.
