Vmart retail - Refund not received of cancelled orders

It's been more then * months and i didn't received the refund of cancelled orders on v-mart shopping app.
I made a total of **,***₹ shopping and cancelled all the order , but the refund i recieved was only **,***₹. Company said they will refund full amount after some time, but they didn't returned the amount yet and they said the refunded full amount but i didn't received the money in my account. Company scammed me , they emaild me fake transaction details where they claimed they've refunded money, but the transaction details was totally fake, i still recieved the money yet. A total of **,***₹ refund is still pending and company blocked me from their app/platform and also not replying my mails. Please help.
