Reliance My Jio Store - Refund not received from Reliance My Jio Store Solan Himachal Pradesh

Sir my name is Ramesh Kumar. I want to make a complaint about person Nishant Nahar and Reliance my jio store solan. Nishant Nahar who was working in the office near Amar Hotel near Reliance Jio office. Sir, I had placed an order for Hard Disk on **th December **** by Nishant Nahar but that order was canceled due to lack of delivery service. After that again I asked him to place the same order and he again placed the order on ** February ****. After placing that order, till today the hard disk did not reach to me nor the Rs ****/- given by me. I talked to him many times after that but kept getting the same answer from his side that I will get your order placed again, otherwise I will take your money back from the company and give it back to you through Cash or Credit Note. He will order my Hard Disk again, I was just in this hope, but till date nothing has been known about my Rs ****/-. I tried to talk to him again and again and even I went to the office of Reliance My Jio Store. There he also met other officers but they told that Nishant Nahar has left the job and he is working in Chandigarh. Sir I called him many times but he stopped taking my call and I also messaged him a lot on whatsapp but he didn't think it necessary to answer my calls and messages. During that time I met Mr. Spoke to Manish and told him everything. He talked to Nishant Nahar and he said that Nishant has taken my money back in a credit note card, then Mr.Manish handed me that credit note card to me. He said that you have **** / - in this card. You can use it in any Reliance store and buy your goods with this money (****/-). Sir, I work in Delhi and one day I went to Reliance Digital Store Nirman Vihar Delhi and wanted to take a hard disk for myself there, but I could not take it because of * rupees in my credit note card. So I called Nishant Nahar soon after that but he did not pick up my call. After that I told him to talk to him with the help of someone close to him, but he asked me for a week's time, I gave him not * or * weeks. After that I called him again but he did not pick up my phone nor did he answer. Sir, I did not want that I should get into any legal proceedings but I have been compelled to do this, I told them also that's why I gave them * months time. Sir since last * months I have been begging him for my money again and again but he did not give any answer. Sir, recently when I talked to him on WhatsApp, I told him that I will get police action against you, but the reply came from his side that I have left the job from Reliance My Jio Store, so you will not do anything for me. Do whatever you want to do. Sir now it is a humble request to you to request police action against Nishant Nahar and Reliance My Jio Store which is near Amar Hotel Mall Road.
