Hi,
I booked and travelled in Ola auto on Jan **th and made payment through Gpay for Rs.*** and then I got a call from Ola to make payment through Gpay again I made the payment for Rs.***. At the end of the trip Auto driver asked for cash as both transactions I made through Gpay was not reflecting to him and I witnessed the diver's app asking for cash payment. I made the cash payment, also I got cash payment receipt from Ola app.Immediately raised the complaint to Ola mentioned about two online transactions and requested for Refund. They issued a ticket and mentioned that It will be resolved soon. It is ** days already I have not received any refund and not even update on process of Refund. Mean while I got mails from Ola support team to personal information like Aadhar, Pan, Bank account details as my KYC is not done with Ola. I have submitted all documents and no response from OLA. Please help me in getting Refund of Rs.*** from Ola cabs India.
