Onshopdeals.com - refund not received for undelivered product

I placed an order for the purchase of a protective phone cover for my new iphone with Onshopdeal.com on *rd August ****, and paid INR **** at the time of ordering using my credit card. Since the product was not delivered even after * weeks after placing the order, I finally contacted the customer service (over a phone call +************; +************;+************;+************) and I was asked to wait for another two weeks. After two weeks I made another call and they said the product is not available and cannot be delivered and a refund can be initiated. In the last week of September a refund was initiated by the company (as informed by the company representative over phone) and I was informed that a refund will be received in my bank account within * to * days. No email confirmation is received in this regard. After * days, since the amount was not credited in my bank account, I contacted the customer service of Onshopdeal again. This time company executive said, another request is raised for refund and this will take another * to * days for the amount to be credited in my account. I contacted the customer service of Onshopdeal several time after this and on **nd October ****, I finally received an email from them which said, " raised a query to the management for a refund. Refund Amount Will Be Credit in * To * Days to Your Account As Per RBI Guide Line". And on **th October **** (today), after another phone call with the customer service of the company, I received a similar email. Even now, the amount paid by me is not credited in my bank account.
