Order no ****** placed on **.**.**** and cancelled on **.**.**** due to delay in delivery. Called up official customer care number + **
********** and wrote to official email id customercare@orderme.co.in at least ** times. Refund is still not processed to date, i.e ** days have gone by. No escalation process is published by Patanjali OrderMe. They refuse to give contact details of any senior person. Keep on closing complaints at will without any solution just to manage their TATs. There appears to be some customer payment related reconciliation issue that the company appears to be hiding.
