I have ordered some items on last week of February, I didn't liked most of the products so returned them , pick up was done on *th March . I received all refund except for * item of Rs *** . I ordered * blouse each *** (total ****) and * jewellery set of ***. I have done payment through gpay and all the refund came back through gpay as reversal. The problem is that I cannot understand which product's refund of Rs *** is missing, definitely one Rs *** is missing but which one I cant understand. Instead of repeated call , different customer care agents gave different information, they don't have proper information regarding any one of these . I got a mail saying the payment has been done with transaction I'd and told to me to contact my bank and file a chargeback . I went to the bank today , they said no such transaction is found and told me to write a complain letter but they assured me that no such transaction is there .

All of these items were Rs *** , I have not received any one of the refund.
* months over after pickup , If I don't get the refund, I will post in all social media handles how you all harass your customers and don't give back money and steal their money , if you can't return the money at least send back the item . Its an urgent matter to look over.
