मी ** सप्टेंबर रोजी www.shoponn.in वेबसाइटवर एक फीचर फोन (लावा ग्रँड) ऑर्डर केला आहे आणि पेमेंट केल्यानंतर ते दर्शविते की ** सप्टेंबर **** रोजी हे उत्पादन वितरित केले जाईल. मी मेल द्वारे प्रयत्न केला होता कारण तेथे प्रगती / अद्यतन नव्हते ** व्या तारखेपर्यंत मी वेबसाइटवरील अपडेट / संपर्क क्रमांक / ग्राहक सेवांच्या तपशीलांमुळे माझा ऑर्डर रद्द केला. नंतर माझ्या खात्याच्या तपशीलासाठी पैशांची परतफेड करण्यासाठी त्यांच्याकडून मेल प्राप्त झाला. विनंती केलेल्या तपशीलांनंतर .नंतर चार दिवसांनी त्यांनी लाभार्थीच्या नावाची परतफेड करण्यास सांगितले .पॉस्ट करा की मागील दोन आठवड्यांकरिता अद्यतने नाहीत परंतु अद्याप साइट प्रवेशयोग्य आहे आणि बॅनरमध्ये आयफोन x, * सारख्या अलीकडील उत्पादनांशी अद्ययावत आहे .. ते कसे वाटतात त्यांच्याबद्दल तपशीलवार माहितीशिवाय ई-कॉमर्स साइट चालवत आहेत. तिथे संपर्क / पत्ता / ग्राहक सेवा क्रमांक नव्हता ... फक्त सामान्य तपशील.
