The total loss of the order I placed with Shoppers stop online app - is **,***
I had placed * orders - of * products. I only the received the refund of * product.
The remaining amount I have not received.
This order was placed by me on *st Dec and **th Dec, Order ID ********* and ********* respectively.
I am completely frustrated and mentally harassed by the customer support team who have delayed the refund for * months now. None are willing to give me an answer for why this delay is happening and why they are not willing to neither give me back the products I have paid for or issue a refund.
After countless weekly and daily calls and emails sent to them to issue a refund they have not responded to even one of my email.
Please help me to get a refund and a compensation for the torture and mental stress they have given me.
