Hi, Customer service at Zari Banaras is dismal. After receiving a very poor quality sari from them, I requested a return pick. After * weeks of messages and multiple calls, the sari was finally picked up over a month ago. There after my quest for a refund began- they have been telling me I will receive the refund within *-* days.. this has been going on since a month but no sign of the refund. It's been nothing short of harrowing to keep following up on this on a weekly or bi weekly basis. Please help.
