Airtel is misguiding for my refund after ** days.

I have applied for an Airtel Xstream fiber connection on **th Jan **** and paid them immediately for my * months plan Rs. ****/- via net banking after their salesperson ensured fiber availability in my area and that should be installed within ** to ** hours. But after three * days I was told that they are unable to do so and my refund will be made within * working days. I waiting the last ** days to get back my refund, then proceeded to contact their salesperson and other officers who are making the false promises and every time they are asking for my bank statement screenshot via email. Till date, I am providing the same but no proper response or refund I have yet to receive. And there is literally no way to phone their customer support from a non-airtel number.
